Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations efficiently, safely, and according to experience and certifications
• Automotive services: engine, transmission, electrical, drivability, suspensions, alignments, steering, heating and air conditioning, basic and ABS brakes and exhaust systems
• Keep shop area neat/clean and account for tools
  

Qualifications - Automotive Technician:

• Automotive tech or trade school experience is preferred
• Must be willing to work and learn!
• Working knowledge of shop equipment such as diagnostic, tire, alignment, A/C, etc. is preferred
• Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

• Management and oversight of accounting, office staff, cashiers, and receptionists
• Responsible for all aspects of the General Ledger
• Posting and maintenance of standard entries monthly
• Cash management of dealerships accounts
• Preparation and timely submission of monthly and year-end financial statements
• Assist Owner and Department Managers by providing financial reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Timely reconciliation of inventory accounts, cash accounts and bank accounts
• Train, cross-train, and support members of office staff so that they can maintain all office functions 
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all accounting tasks
• Manage human resources such as new hire paperwork and health, and insurance programs
• Expense control
• Analyze financial statements/records to ensure dealership goals are met, taxes are properly paid, and product and income are properly documented
• Assist with All accounting procedures as necessary
• Work with accountants during the year, and at year end.
• Reconciliation of floorplan, factory payables/receivables, bank accounts, finance reserves

• Automotive Dealership Office Manager experience is required
• Strong accounting background is required
• Must be capable of performing all accounting functions including accounts and floor plan reconciliation, inventory management, tag and title, payroll, receivables and payables and financial and tax statement submittals.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Good communication and customer service skills

Essential Duties - Service Advisor:

• Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
• Greet customers, inspect their vehicle and answer questions.
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs.
• Offer additional services and products, including special promotions
• Follow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
• Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
• Upon completion of work, review work order with customer
• Provide a completely satisfied customer experience
  

Qualifications - Service Advisor:

Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers.
Prefer 1 year experience.
Maintain strong knowledge base of all new and pre-owned vehicle makes and models.
Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (telephone, internet leads, walk-ins, newspaper ads, referrals, etc.) 

Work with Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met.

Willing to train the right candidate with a Positive Attitude with No prior Auto Sales experience.
